The Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing revenue through effective management and development of the sales team. Candidates should have a good track record in IT consulting and solution sales (hardware or software). The successful candidate will be involved in sales activities and be responsible for leading a team of account representatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the complete sales process, including the following:
・ Create and implement the sales strategy and plan
・ Create and maintain a monthly sales forecast
・ Develop an extensive network of clients
・ Develop and maintain senior-level relationships for major accounts
・ Hire, train, and develop an outstanding team of sales professionals

Required Skills:

・ Strong knowledge of IT vendor solutions and Japanese third party vendors
・ Knowledge of IT Industry including software and hardware
・ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
・ The ideal candidate will be a Japanese national with excellent spoken and written English
・ Knowledge of Sales Force Automation tools is a plus

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Facilitate process design workshops and Fit/Gap sessions
* Map industry leading practices to clients unique requirements and processes

* Work closely with the technical team in associated technical scope like conversions, interfaces, reports, and extensions

In order to qualify for this position:
* Fluency on Japanese both written and verbal is a must

* Minimum one full life cycle implementation on version 8.8/ 8.9 is necessary
