If so, you could be part of a major project for a high-profile client that includes a large team of talented photography professionals and photography shoots in several hundred locations around the world. About OnRequest Images OnRequest Images is a leading provider of world wide custom photography services for global enterprise brands. We simplify the creation and management of visually powerful, brand-aligned photography through our patent-pending workflow platform - OnPro. We’ve developed the world’s largest network of fully vetted resources including photographers, stylist, locations and crew enabling our clients to utilize the best the world has to offer. We ensure our clients can share their images across their enterprise safely, accurately and collaboratively no matter the size and scope of their image assets. About the Project The client is a well-established international hotel company. This project will be managed out of OnRequest Images’ Seattle, WA office, however we are seeking Photographers who will be based in their home locations around the US, Europe and Asia. The project’s anticipated completion is expected to be October 2010. This project team consists of over 100 Photo Producers, Photographers, Photographer Assistants, Photo Retouchers, Client Service Representatives, Image Fulfillment Coordinators, Media Coordinators, Payables Clerks and Travel Coordinators. The entire project team, including the Photographer role, will be comprised of independent contractors, interacting closely with senior management at OnRequest Images. About the Role of Photographer The Photographer is responsible for capturing and delivering the highest quality images for our client’s use. For this project, all work is considered “work for hire” and the Photographer is an independent contractor. The global, multi-location nature of this project will require commitment to a demanding and flexible work and travel schedule to ensure client needs are met throughout the project. Photographers will commit to this project through its duration, and will receive a monthly stipend in return for their work, as well as reimbursement for project-related expenses. Essential Functions and Accountabilities • Fully understand client project requirements and client needs. Partner with Photo Producer, and Project Manager as needed to ensure all images captured represent client needs. • Participate in preproduction planning, including preparation calls with each property. • Prepare location for photo shoot, including lighting and staging. • Capture images according to shot list, consulting with Photo Producer for art direction. • Accept support and feedback from Photo Producer during and after image creation to ensure client needs are met. • Assess images throughout the course of the shoot to ensure appropriate quality standards are maintained. Follow all technical requirements established by Project Manager and Post Production Manager. • Provide images in final format through uploading to ORI website • Meet all required shoot dates and deadlines as scheduled and agreed to. • Maintain a positive environment during each shoot for all individuals (both OnRequest Images and clients) involved. • Perform other related duties as assigned. Recommended Work Experience • Photographer must be able to demonstrate solid working experience and client list, and portfolio imagery related to architecture and/or hospitality photography.
